Architecture design of new house with ADU in Hood River, Oregon - exterior front view

This Hood River house with ADU was a speculative project but with a design fully customized to use the potential of its site.

The front of the house is angled toward a common yard/ play area to the east, and the house and garage form an L to create a private courtyard, which looks into a forested common green space to the north. Sliding doors open from the kitchen/ dining room to the courtyard.

ADU is located above garage on right in this design tailored to retain privacy for both main house and ADU residents.
