This house design is quietly traditional, yet with a contemporary arrangement of rooms, with emphasis on natural light, movement between rooms, connection to outside spaces, and all-around livability.
Built in an established suburban neighborhood, the house was designed and sited to satisfy stringent local setback and height limits. The floor plan conforms closely to a sketch worked out by the owners.
